Why I created this
In 2006, I was a divorced single mom of two, working full time and finishing my degree at night. I know what it’s like to have no extra time.
But my health couldn’t wait. Diabetes, blood clotting, and cancer run in my family, and my dad died of a massive heart attack at 50.
Years later, I had my youngest son. My body didn’t bounce back, and crash dieting only left me exhausted and in tears. So I did the work and built simple systems that made health my lifestyle.
Bad health in my family? It stops here.
Nothing lights me up more than watching a woman get leaner, stronger, and more confident, and then show up better for the people she loves.
If you’re done with fad diets and want a real plan to drop the weight, get strong, and feel confident again, this is for you.

In 2006, I was divorced and a single mom of two. I worked full time, went to school at night to finish my degree, and juggled kids at two different schools. I know what it’s like to have no extra time.
But I still had to make my health a priority. Diabetes, blood clotting, cancer, and leukemia all run in my family. And my dad died of a massive heart attack at 50, leaving me and my four siblings without a dad.
Several years later, I remarried and had my youngest son, 10 years after my last baby. This time, my body didn’t bounce back. The scale didn’t budge. I was wearing my maternity size to family holiday parties and volunteering for the back row of every photo.
I wanted results fast, so I slashed my calories. Simple math, right? Cut more, get there faster. Bad idea! My milk supply tanked, and the baby and I were both in tears.
Quick fixes weren’t the answer. So I did the work. I hired the coaches, did the programs, and built the tools and mindset. Years later, I have systems in place so I can’t fail. And my kids get to watch me do it, because kids copy our actions, not our words.
Confidence can’t be bought. It’s earned.
I still remember walking into a room after I dropped the weight. People looked at me differently and listened more. Fitness can’t be bought or given away. It’s earned through discipline and consistency, and people respect that.
Today I show up to business meetings with my head held high. It didn’t come easy. It took hard work and saying no to the sweet treats and high-calorie foods I really wanted. But I have more energy, focus, and drive, and the lessons I learn in the gym carry straight into my business and my faith.
When I am weak, He is strong. You don’t grow in comfort. You grow in the breaking. In lifting, you train to failure, because that’s how you get stronger.
Maybe you’re like me, fighting bad family genetics. Or maybe no one in your family is healthy, and you’re the trailblazer.
Getting healthy shouldn’t be this hard. But with so much random info online, it’s confusing and overwhelming. Fad diets work until you eat something off the list. Then bam, you’re worse off than when you started.
That’s why I started this program: to help women lose the weight and build healthy habits that become a lifestyle you can keep, not another fad diet.
If you’re done with fad diets and want a real plan to drop the weight, get strong, and become the confident, I-can-do-anything woman you know you are, this is for you.
